Leadership Intensive in Change Management for Post-Secondary Leaders

📅 2 Consecutive Half-Days

9 Hours

💻 Online via Zoom

👥 Interactive & Applied

Leading change in post-secondary institutions requires a fundamentally different approach than corporate change management. Faculty autonomy, shared governance structures, tenure considerations, and the delicate balance between tradition and innovation create unique challenges that generic change frameworks often fail to address.

Workshop Overview

Rather than presenting generic business frameworks, this intensive uses research-informed methodologies tailored to post-secondary contexts. An interactive simulation mirrors the real struggle of implementing change, allowing you to practice strategies in a realistic environment.

You’ll work through case studies drawn from successful (and unsuccessful) change initiatives at universities and colleges, analyzing what worked, what didn’t, and why. Facilitated discussions help you apply insights directly to your current leadership challenges while building a network of peers facing similar issues.
